Made an initial inquiry by simply filling the form and I got really good comprehensive response by Bully Rai particular to my situation (not standard copy paste reply) within 24hours. Email alone cleared majority of my doubts and when rang Bully, he listened and provided me with all the advice necessary for my Deed of Trust and guided me through the process and helped me /explained me the process which I need to do with HMRC and Land Registry. Deed of Trust arrived within 2days of filling the application form. Well efficient, reasonable priced and very helpful. For Bully Rai’s services 10 out of 10.

The help these guys are providing for a small cost compared to many of the solicitors out there is fantastic. You have to do some research and be confident in what you are doing, but they are also very helpful and quick. I had my deed of trust delivered in less than 48 hours.
