An incredible service at a very reasonable price. We had a few exchanges with an advisor (Bully Rai) before we went ahead, and from the start he was obviously very knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond. We could not have asked for anything better. When we were ready to proceed we completed the application form and within a week, with a few exchanges of information and queries via email along the way, the task was completed and we had the final Declaration of Trust plus associated Land Registry form. We could not recommend the service highly enough. When such matters often prove to be quite tortuous, our experience with Deed of Trust was an exception that showed that it is possible to make things like this straightforward and to provide excellent service.
