All very straightforward. I had a few questions that Mr Rai was able to answer quickly.
Extra documents, that had been appropriately filled in, along with a covering letter were included with the final deed of trust document to allow registration of the deed of trust with the Land Registry. I would happily recommend using Deed of Trust.
